The People’s Dossier: Part I presents a structured, data‑driven evaluation of parasitic disease burden, healthcare expenditure, and documented barriers to diagnostic access among American families. It combines quantitative analysis with lived experience to raise formal performance and oversight questions for federal agencies and elected officials, including a request for Congressional review.
